IMPAACT was founded as a way to support the learning process of students with disabilities and their families outside the traditional classroom during the COVID-19 National Pandemic. We offer customized curriculum and learning plans, 1:1 teaching, and flexible scheduling as an alternative solution to the traditional brick-and-mortar educational experience. All teaching experiences are rooted in the principles of learning theory using an Applied Behavior Analysis approach. With this approach, IMPAACT can assess, analyze, and evaluate each student's academic behavior to target and improve identified skill or performance deficits with research-based strategies and interventions.
Angienette completed undergraduate studies at Texas Woman's University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies. She went on to complete an M.Ed from Arizona State University in Curriculum & Instruction with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis. In addition, Angienette completed her Ed.S. in Emotional Behavior Disorders from William Carey University. As a results-oriented leader, Angienette has been recognized for closing the achievement gap in Special Education during the span of her nearly 20-year teaching career.
