IMPAACT.org Educational Solutions was founded as a way to support the learning process of students with or without disabilities and their families outside the traditional classroom setting during the COVID-19 National Pandemic. The founder brings several years of expeience as a trained public school teacher committed to fostering growth in striving learners through innovative, student-centered lessons. IMPAACT offers customized curriculum and learning plans, 1:1 teaching, and flexible scheduling as an alternative solution to the traditional brick-and-mortar educational experience. All teaching experiences are rooted in the principles of learning theory using an Applied Behavior Analysis approach. With this approach, IMPAACT can assess, analyze, and evaluate each student's academic behavior to target and improve identified skill or performance deficits with research-based strategies and interventions.
Ang completed undergraduate studies at Texas Woman's University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies. She went on to complete a M.Ed from Arizona State University in Curriculum & Instruction with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis. In addition, she earned her Ed.S. degree from William Carey University, and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst candidate. As a results-oriented leader, Ang has been recognized for closing the achievement gap in Special Education during the span of her nearly 20-year teaching career. She is a conscientious Education Specialist with a passion for facilitating growth in students, and implementing differentiated instructional plans with a proven ability to create a positive learning enviornment tailored to the needs of each student. Most importantly, this educator is passionate about the academic, social, and behavioral success of students with or without disabilities, in and outside the classroom.
