Meet the Founder

Angienette Anderson-Smith

IMPAACT, LLC was founded as a way to support the learning process of students with disabilities and their families outside the traditional classroom during the COVID-19 National Pandemic. The goal of IMPAACT was to extend the teaching and learning process of students identified with disabilities, including those diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Specific Learning Disabilities, Emotional Behavior Disorder, Intellectual Disabilities, or Other Health Impairments. In addition, any student that struggled, needed, or wanted academic continuity and support were our priority.

Currently, we offer customized learning plans, individualized curriculum, private teaching, and flexible scheduling as an alternative solution to accommodating individuals and families that prefer alternative learning solutions, or teaching instruction outside a traditional brick and mortar building. All teaching experiences are rooted in the principles of learning theory using an Applied Behavior Analysis approach. With this approach IMPAACT is able to assess, analyze, and evaluate each person's academic and, or behavioral conduct for the purpose of targeting and improving identified skill or performance deficits.  For best outcomes, using an Applied Behavior Analysis approach, we are able to intervene with research-based strategies and interventions to improve individual outcomes through specific descriptive and evaluative measures.
